Parameters:

Sel: Current selection.Filter method determines whether this is accepted or not.
AppData: Application data passed from wfcWSolid::CollectCurves(wfcChainCollectionUIControls_ptr, optional wfcCollectCurvesFilter_ptr, optional xany, optional wfcCurveCollection_ptr)

Returns:: Accept selection if this method returns true otherwise reject the selection
