Creates a new object representing the DXF file from which to create an import feature.

The return value must be passed to pfcSolid::CreateImportFeat(pfcIntfDataSource_ptr, optional pfcCoordSystem_ptr, optional pfcImportFeatAttr_ptr) to read from the file.

Parameters:

FileName: The name of the imported feature file.

Returns:: The new IntfDXF data object.
